Severe Reaction to Gnocchi - Aldi, Faribault Minnesota

I prepared and ate the Alfredo stuffed gnocchi around 8 PM. It was prepared according to the package instructions. Around 11:30 pm I woke up with the most severe upper stomach cramps I’ve ever had. I started vomiting violently and continued for over 2 hours. I ended up in the ER due to the extreme pain I was in. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
