Yesterday evening, Mexican food from here in Oakland Woke up in the middle of the night with severe stomach pain a few hours after eating from here and every hour or so had to get out of bed and go to the bathroom. Have painful stomach cramping, diarrhea, and vomiting. Still having symptoms over 15 hours later | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
