Woke up with chills, a headache, and slight fever (100.2 F) on 11/5. Also had slight and transient nausea, malaise, and body aches. Fever went away after 8-12 hrs and hasn’t returned in well over 24 hours. Then I started having gas and diarrhea and foul-smelling stool. Also had some fine motor skill problems for a few hours, as well as some brain fog. My neck hurts, but i’m not sure if that is from the infection or from sleeping weird. Not sure what I ate or where I ate that caused this, since I see no other reports. My brother (who lives with me) has the same symptoms as me, just a day later. My parents are unaffected. No vomiting. Not sure if this is salmonellosis or mild listeriosis or giardiasis or something. I don’t recall having anything suspicious—hadn’t left the house for 8 days until symptoms began. Tested negative for COVID-19. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Chills, Body Ache, Gas, Nausea
