Home King Oscar Mediterranean style canned mackerel . I got deep sharp pain in my stomach 2 1/2 hours after eating this. Then started to vomit and diarrhea for hours. Spent the whole night making trips to the bathroom. Thank God I didn't have to go to the ER but came very close to going the hospital. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
