Approximately 20- 30 minutes after consuming an instant rice a Roni dish, I felt ill. I vomited but it didn't all come up. Now my joints ache, I have a horrible headache and nausea is still present. I typically only eat fresh food but was starving. There is something in there, some ingredient/s that poisoned me. Fresh food does not do this to me. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache, Joint Pain
