Hadn’t eaten all day. Split nachos and popcorn with my boyfriend. However, I ate more nachos than he did. Was fine before the movie… midway through stomach started cramping thought I ate too much. Ended up immediately in the bathroom. Threw up on the way home. Have spent the entire night in the bathroom coming out of both ends. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
