Business class flight- Philadelphia to Barcelona on Feb 26, 2026. I was served short rib beef and vegetables. The symptoms were severe, diarrhea and violent vomiting, chills/body and stomach aches. . I flew out of Philadelphia airport, had eaten in flagship like for American airlines as well as business class on my flight to Barcelona. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
