In-Flight Meal Illness - American Airlines, Dublin County Dublin

Oct 8 2020 I ate the chicken and rice and salad provided on flight AA132. About 18 hours after eating, I had severe stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhea that lasted 24 hours. Weak, tender stomach for another 2 days. I did not need hospitalization for fluids, but I was close. As sick as I have ever been. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness
