I attended the Best of Baltimore party on Aug 18. On Saturday August 20 I developed chills/fever/nausea/diarrhea and severe stomach cramps. This continued and went to hospital for dehydration on Tuesday. Still experiencing symptoms of food poisoning 9 days after symptoms started. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Dehydration, Chills
