Ate Amy's kitchen country cheddar bowl for lunch, 2am stomach cramps woke me up from my deep sleep. Terrible stomach cramps followed by diarrhea then vomit.
This has happened to me various times with this bowl and never learn. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

I read the ingredients and this frozen meal has high oleic sunflower oil, which is not recommended for those with type 2 diabetes and has been known to cause dry mouth and digestive issues. It could be the sunflower oils, or seed oils that do not agree with your stomach. Either way, do not eat it again! Take care
