Within 30 minutes of eating the frozen meal broccoli and cheddar bake I was having muscle aches, head ache and nausea. Over the next 7 hours I vomited twice. The nausea didn’t dissipate until 12 hours later. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Headache
