I made myself an Amy’s Mexican casserole on Thursday evening for dinner. Around 11am-1:30pm on Friday I started feeling major stomach cramps, thinking it was my period. I was on a work call and had to cut it short at 1:45pm, when I started throwing up and having diarrhea immediately and for 3-4 hours straight. I slept it off finally, and now am still having diarrhea but no nausea. It is 9:30pm on Friday.
