Poblano Enchilada Illness - Safeway, Honolulu Hawaii

4 hours after eating Amy's roasted poblano enchilada, started feeling nauseous. Got worse over the next several hours and had to throw up, had diarrhea, and a low-grade fever (100 degrees). It's 20 hours later and I feel a better but still a little nauseaus.
