Additional information: About 4 to 4 1/2 hours after eating Amy's Vegetable Lasagna, my stomach felt uncomfortable. I started vomiting and the vomitus contained the lasagna. I vomited several times. About 7-8 hours later, I had the worst diarrhea of my life. Lot number on Amy's Vegetable Lasagna is 60D1823 B. I've eaten Amy's Vegetable Lasagna on previous occasions with no problems. I think it is delicious. I cannot be sure that the lasagna was the cause.
