I had chicken enchiladas at Anita's around 6 o'clock. After I went to sleep I woke up with a burning in my throat and stomach cramps. I went to the bathroom the rest of the night with diarrhea and vomiting. This was Tuesday Feb. 16th. It is Thursday and I still have some diarrhea and a piercing headache and low grade fever. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps
