Had the mushroom risotto, within an hour was bloated and feeling gastroparesis. Progressed to awful reflux and finally vomiting and diarrhea about five hours after eating. About twelve hours after eating I'm still experiencing bad acid and nausea as well as occasional diarrhea.

Vomited so hard I burst a ton of blood vessels in my face and now look like a leper for the rest of my vacation 🤙 | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Gas
