Feb3rd my sister and I stayed at a hotel. We went out to eat at Apple bees around 11pm for dinner. I had the salmon and my sister had chicken. We went back to our room and within an hour I became deathly ill with throwing up and chills, fever weakness swelling on my face, I couldn't even take my blood thinner or get out of bed. My sitter ia a nurse and went to rite aid to talk to the pharmacist for help. He gave me pedialite anti nausea medicine. She told him my symptoms, and he confirmed it, because he had it 3 times, and told me to see my doctor when I felt better to travel. I was in bed for 4 days, and went through the worst hell.when I did see her, I told her about it. Her name is Emily zurukian, she is at the Maine medical clinic. She asked me about it, and I told her that my sister had to take care of me. She is a nurse. She let the front desk know that I needed more time, they were very helpful to let me stay in bed. We left and headed over to Apple bees and spoke to the general manager. He took down the information and said someone would be in touch with me in a couple of days. It took a week and nothing was done. I am very upset at how I was treated, and how this was not taken seriously. I'm a 66 year old female, and this really set me back. Then they passed the matter onto Brad Stevens, Dept of claims, and he blew me off and didn't care. He said he would give me a food certificate, and I said no. I will never ever eat there again. And I will tell others. The salmon I had was spoiled. I didn't want to complain, but later on. It felt like I was dying. How can this person be so passive. The medicine that I took was emetrol.
