Within the hour of eating 2 bowls I had full blown diarrhea with cramps. Severe headache came 24 hours later. Symptoms lasted 3 days. My husband had only 2 handfuls and within the hour had diarrhea episode.Sidenote: the next week I had apple cinnamon Cheerios that I bought at the same time, no symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache
