My grandmother and I ordered the same entree at Applebee's (3 Cheese and chicken pene) while my grandfather and mother ordered a different dish. While the dish tasted fine, not long after we left my grandmother and I were both very sick and immediately needed to use the restroom. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
