Severe Post-Meal Illness - Applebee's, New York

I went to my regular Applebee’s for an afternoon outting on Saturday (4/21/2018). That night I start to feel stomach pain. Next morning it was worst, vomiting and diarrhea was uncontrollable. Rested Sunday and Monday I went to the hospital. I’m still here writing the message to you guys. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
