I had the Thai shrimp salad, it looked horrible when it came out, only had a few bites but a few hours later I had severe stomach cramping, sweating, diarrhea, vomiting and dehydration . If symptoms don’t get better going to the hospital today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Cramps, Sweating
