Oriental Salad Illness Suspected - Applebee's, Philadelphia Pennsylvania

Last night my boyfriend and I decided to get our favorite for pickup, the oriental chicken salad with extra dressing. I ate it at about 9:30 while watching a movie, when I went to bed around 12:30 I felt nauseous as soon as I laid down, I vomited and had diarrhea and an on and off fever all night. I am just now at 9am able to lay down as the nauseousness has calmed down a little. My boyfriend has not had any of these symptoms and he ate half of his salad and I ate all of it. I’m going to try to hydrate this morning but if I am still throwing up after a few sips I will head to an emergicenter. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
