Food poisoning in Wisconsin. I didn't know where to report it.
It's been awhile since it happened I didn't know who to contact and then I found you guys on line it took me a bit to find who to contact about it it happened the beginning of September of 2022 there, it was fish got sick on nausea diarrhea and other symptoms went to the doctors and I'm still having trouble even with the smell of fish I start gagging and want to throw up to this day | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
