Additional information: Ate beef nachos as appetizer, then the three cheese pasta with honey pepper chicken as entree. This was the only thing I had eaten at this point the entire day. Within one hour of eating, sickness began. Got more and more intense as the hours went on. Included chill, body aches, fever, throwing up, diarrhea, shakes, etc. symptoms lasted for 48 hours strongly and weakened after. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
