Chicken Salad Illness Symptoms - Applebee's, Layton Utah

Had the chicken strawberry salad in afternoon and about 6-7 hours later started feeling pains in chest and abdomen. I took a drink of water and it triggered the vomiting..was sick all the next day i vomited 4 times and had diarrhea about 5 times. I am still in bed now, missed work today and I am still feeling upset. I want to know if anybody else reported anything. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
