Last night at 6 pm I came in with my friend. Ordered some appetizers. I ate the spinach artichoke dip by myself because my friend is lactose intolerant. The top looked hard and was a different color than the rest. It was lukewarm but I didn’t think much of it.About an hour or so later I started violently throwing up. And it is now 8 am and I am still throwing up. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
