My wife and I had identical meals except for the meat. She had grilled chicken breast and fried shrimp with broccoli and mashed potatoes. I had ribeye steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes. We ate at the beginning of the KC Chiefs game (7pm) and by midnight, I began vomiting with diarrhea this morning. My wife has no symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
