Late-Night Applebee's Illness - Applebee's, Howell Township New Jersey

Last night I had ordered Applebees from Howell. Yes, it was pretty late but I am always ordering around this time. I went to sleep about two hours later but I felt off. I felt more fuller than usual and nauseous but I brushed it off. I was tossing and turning and shivering and I had to get up around 6 in the morning to see if maybe I have to puke and I been puking since and it is now 11:30 am. I been vomiting constantly every 15-25 minutes and diarrhea as well. At the same time!! My stomach is completely empty at this point but I'm still puking and now it's stomach acid and water! I had their pretzel dip with beer cheese, their wings and onion rings. Probably the wings! | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
