Last night and this morning, A meal at here yesterday at 4:30 Yes, at 4:30 we ordered dinner at here, South Hill, Lacrosse resturaunt. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo and got very sick. The vomit and stool smelled like chemical's or hair dye. My stomach cramped so bad that I wanted to cry. I have taken Activated Charcoal because of the chemical's that were in my food. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
