Spinach Dip Illness Alert - Applebee's, Toms River New Jersey

12-7-2017 at 10:20 pm went to Applebees. Ate spinach, artichoke dip and mozzarella sticks, had a long island iced tea. Left at 11:50 pm to return home. Became very sick that night and had to go to the hospital the next day, 12-8-2017, with diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. Felt horrible the next few days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
