9 years ago reported by user-zdmwt743

Applebees Yuma Arizona Foothills
My friend and I shared Thai Shrimp Wonton dinner. She felt it was too spicey for her too eat so I traded meals. I noticed a strong pungent taste to the table onions, so I pushed them aside. When I arrived home I felt bloated and stomach discomfort so I took a TUMS which did not alleviate the problem. I then tried Alkaselzr just aggravated problem. By 1000 PM the vomiting started and later diarrhea lasted throughout night and into next morning, along with headache etc | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Bloating
