Severe Stomach Pain Post-Meal - Arby's, Holland Michigan

I ate it on march 15, 2018 at about 11 pm and woke up on march 16, 2018 with the worse stomach ache I ever experienced. I was vomiting had diarrhea cold chills and very weak. I went to the hospital and they gave me fluids and pain meds and something for my stomach. Im still not all the way better. I still have a lil diarrhea and my stomach still hurts but not as bad.
