Rude Staff, Quick Illness - Arby's, Butler Pennsylvania

The staff were extremely rude and took a very long time to bring me my food. I ate it and had no issues initially, but within 2 hours I was vomiting and experiencing diarrhea. I would like the health inspectors to investigate this establishment, as I have been unable to keep food down for an entire day and had to purchase medicine. The restaurant needs to be evaluated. I am unsure whether something was deliberately added to my food to make me ill, or whether they simply do not maintain proper hygiene standards, such as regularly changing the cooking oil.
