Ate arbys for lunch a few hours after while still at work I felt sick. I came home and headed straight for bathroom. Girlfriend walked in when I started violently vomiting also, with my pants around my akles. After about 4 hours of this I now, while wrapped in a blanket from chills, feel a little better and am able to write this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
