I got the Reuben combo meal around 10am on 3/15/19. I work third shift so I went to bed a couple hours after around noon. Woke up and got a shower and about the time I got out I began feeling what I thought was severe back pain. I went to work anyway thinking it was only a pulled muscle, Despite having diarrhea before leaving. I only worked four hours {had to leave early] and during this time I had to run to the bathroom at least five times. My entire stomach hurts all the way around my body pretty badly. The Arby's was the only thing I had to eat today. If it continues to hurt this bad I may have to go to the hospital. I'll likely never eat Arby's again for the rest of my life, it's that bad. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
