Truck Driver Food Illness - Arby's, Davenport Iowa

I stopped in at Arby's in Davenport, IA on 03/01/2017 at around 4:30 pm. I drive a truck and was on the way to Pittsboro, IN. At about 10:00 pm I started to get cold chills and felt nauseous. I rolled down the window and kept driving, hoping the feeling would pass. I arrived at the Love's travel plaza in Pittsboro, IN around 11:30 pm. When I got out of the truck, I immediately started vomiting. This lasted almost 5 hours along with severe cramping and repeated trips to the bathroom with diarrhea. I ended up spending almost 30 hours in the truck with these symptoms before I regained enough strength to drive to my home state of North Carolina. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Cramps
