Chills & Diarrhea After Meal - Arby's, Christiana Delaware

Not sure Ate there about 1 hour later had diarrhea. Woke up in the middle of the night sweating diarrhea and chills. Laid in bed all day was starting to feel fine next day. Most of the day ok then vomited and started shaking again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Chills, Sweating, Shaking
