Couple Sick: Shared Meal - Arby's, Brook Park Ohio

My wife and I decided to get their food and the food seemed okay nothing out of the normal. At about midnight my wife started vomiting. At this point I’m nauseous and I thought probably because she’s vomiting. A few hours later she’s back in the bathroom vomiting and having diarrhea. Between 3:30a-4a I finally started vomiting and now I wait for the second round for me. I’ve had food poisoning before but never vomited | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
