had dinner between 5 and 6pm and when I woke Thur morning, deafly ill with severe diarrhea and was in bed for 20 hous, Fri to Urgent Care still not good and meds started, today, Monday feeling somewhat better but had 4 super terrible days | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
