Gyro Leads to Hospital Stay - Arby's, Columbus Georgia

A classic gyro from there🥙  I ate there Friday morning and have been deathly ill ever since but it got particularly worse about two days after I ate there.
I have been puking and sh**ting blood ever since. I am in the hospital now.
Friday and I’ve been sick for five days now | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Bloody Stool
