Got a French dip combo, was the only thing I ate besides my usual Ensure drink. Woke up at 5am December 11th puking, didn’t stop puking till 6pm. Had chills, stomach craps, and the scariest thing- puked up blood.
I’m very upset because we are regulars and this has NEVER happened. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
