Chicken skewers and the crab dip. Do not know which option made me sick but it’s the only food I had all day. I’ve never been that sick before from bad food the pain from the cramps was worse than anything ive ever experienced I was screaming at the top of my lungs in pain. After simultaneously throwing up while having diarrhea, cold sweats and shivering for 4+ hours I should have gone to urgent care. Instead I slept for 12 hours and sipping water/ nibbling on saltine crackers I’m starting to feel normal.| Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
