On 19 march2023 I purchased a tin of their skipjack tuna chunks in spring water to take on holiday with me to PortugalWith other food I enjoy
The following mon evening I made a sandwich with my tuna it looked different in the tin as I was not use to water but brine with my tuna. It didn’t smell. So didn’t think anything of it
I bit into my sandwich it tastes so bad I had to throw it away
Next few days I felt very sick so I just drank lots of water and ate very little
On Thursday 30 march I went unconscious on the plane and had to be rushed to a&e. They said I have slight infection and got me home to barrow.Friday if began I have been to hell and back even aggressive bleeding for 2 days. and after 12 days still cannot hold any food and very weak. my test show I have campylobacter food poisoning and with IBS deadly yo me. I am very sick and in pain having a autoimmune disease
But are now taking the right antibiotics hopefully to stop this bacteria
I have a long way to go I don’t know yet what damage has been done to my bowel I have an emergency colonoscopy scheduled | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Weakness
