I ate lunch there on 09/13/2021 at 12:10PM. Later, that evening I started feeling peptic. I could not sleep due to increase heartburn, chills and then the diarrhea, nausea and vomiting started. I still have diarrhea 2 days later, slowly getting better and need to report this. Last time I ate there was prior to Covid and never had a problem. Hopefully, this report will get the Health Department to look into this and rectify this problem. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Other, Heartburn
