Saturday March 29th I got a smoothie around noon. By 8 pm I was nauseous and vomiting all over myself. Diarrhea is very runny. Somewhat like a water gun. Here it is 7 days later and I'm still vomiting and having Diarrhea..  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

confirm it. Big mistake. I threw the rest of the cereal out and then around noon I was experiencing severe stabbing pains in my gut. This was followed by spending the rest of the day vomiting and having diarrhea or both at the same time. It seemingly went away the next day, but the effects lingered on and are still bothering me this month. I lost 7 pounds in that one day of being sick from TWO bites of cereal. If I had eaten the whole bowl I would’ve been in the emergency room.
