Aspartame Eye Flashes Alert - Aspartame, New York

If you are experiencing bright white flashes in your eye(s) or the sides of your eyes that look like someone is taking a pic of you w/ the flash on, it could be due to the ingredient: aspartame. This happened to me years ago and I had soo many different eye & neurology tests done, they even admitted me to the hosp & did a spinal tap, smh crazy - everything was negative. Then I just thought about what I started doing recently eating/drinking before those flashes started and it was that I was drinking Crystal Light. (I researched it and I wasn't the only one experiencing either) After a few days the lights stopped. I helped a few friends on & off fb sharing my experience & i figured this would be a good place to do that also. Take care #aspartame
