Presidents choice Nashville hot style chicken breast bites Symptoms started 9 hours after consuming product.. I ate both of the sauces that came with this but my husband did not eat the sauce. That is the only difference in what we ate yesterday. I woke up extremely hot and bloated, ran to the bathroom and started dry heaving and then vomited. Immediately after I had diarrhea and have continued to have diarrhea all day today. My stomach feels extremely unsettled. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Bloating
