Ate lunch at au bon pain on market street (liberty place) and had the pre made chicken avocado cobb salad. Around 10 pm that night I started having severe stomach cramps, very heavy feeling in my stomach and extreme diarrhea. I started vomiting a few hrs later and continued with the diarrhea into the AM. I had a fever and body aches to boot and couldn't keep any medicine or water down. I started feeling better around noon the next day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Body Ache
