Ate out at restaurant Monday afternoon, started being sick Tuesday afternoon., I had a falafel and fresh salad and 3 kinds of drinks, pineapple/ginger, Hibiscus Rosemary Tea, Chamomile/something Feeling unwell, gut hurt.  Horrible chills, headache, diarrhea sweating.  Just me.  My friend ate the same thing but she did not drink anything.  About 24 hours after eating.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Chills, Sweating, Nausea, Joint Pain
