Drank a medium sized cup of passionfruit juice bought from Auntie Anne's shop at Parkway Parade at evening time. Did not have dinner and last meal was early afternoon and did not eat any food after that due to lack of appetite. Woke up at around 1 am with stomach pain and began to feel nauseous. Had very watery diarrhea awhile later followed by vomiting. I threw up all the juice i had drank in the evening. I then realised the passionfruit juice which i had consumed earlier must be contaminated. Recalled that the filipino cashier who have been handling money also dispensed my drink but the contaminated juice could be due to improper handling in the factory. Still feeling stomach pain after and had to report mc for the workday. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea
